This form of Tai Chi is known as the Beijing 24. This Yang style form was designed primarily to emphasize the health and exercise benefits of Tai Chi. The Beijing 24 is a popular form of Tai Chi practiced early in the morning in the parks of South East Asia and China. These classes will encompass breathing exercises known in China as ‘Qigong’ and Tai Chi exercises and movements.
