A great program for those in retail, tourism
and hospitality to develop their customer service skills. We'll
look at communication, body language, dealing with difficult
customers, service excellence, team building, sales techniques
and customer loyalty.

The Surf Coast Network
of Community Houses is a provider of accredited training courses
through the Anglesea, Lorne and Torquay Community Houses. This allows
you to enroll in courses such as Certificate II in Aged Care, Certificate
IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Certificate II in Retail,
Tourism and Hospitality programs and Red Card training without having
to travel to Geelong. GATE and the Gordon Institute are responsible
for course content and accreditation.

All computer course attendees at ADCH receive
5 hours free computer usage to practice the skills they’ve
learned. Concessions are available for most courses.
